2. Subscription and Payments

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Payment methods accepted are limited to those explicitly offered within the Service.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Changes to subscription pricing will be announced 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account access with third parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Upload or transmit malware or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
